Access to certain features of PN Player requires payment of subscription or usage-based fees in accordance with your selected plan.

• Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Usage-based charges (e.g., bandwidth, storage) may apply.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes and government charges.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of access.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a manner that poses security or legal risks.

• Termination may result in deletion of hosted content.
• You remain responsible for outstanding fees.
• We may retain data as required by law.
• You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends.

PN Player provides video hosting and delivery infrastructure. You retain full ownership of all content uploaded to the platform.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, stream, and distribute your content.

• You are solely responsible for the legality of your content.
• We do not monitor content proactively.
• We may remove content that violates laws or policies.
• We are not liable for user-generated content.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use PN Player solely in accordance with your subscription plan.

• No resale or redistribution without authorization.
• No reverse engineering or derivative works.
• No removal of branding unless permitted.
• Use limited to plan-based quotas and restrictions.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

For paid subscription plans, we target 99.9% monthly uptime availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• Service credits may apply if uptime falls below target thresholds.
• Credits apply only to future invoices.
• SLA does not apply to Free plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PN Player shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Security breaches beyond reasonable control

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content hosted via PN Player infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of infringing material
• Your contact information
• Good faith statement
• Statement under penalty of perjury
• Your signature
• Send an email to [email protected]

We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
